Background Processing Issue Impacted Callbacks and Redirects

Tuesday, October 8th between 04:20 - 13:20 UTC certain transaction types involving callbacks and redirects failed due to issues with a background job processing queue. We identified the root cause as a memory issue with a service that the job queue is dependent on. We have rectified the memory issues and job processing has returned to full capacity. Please check with the gateway if a transaction status is unclear.
