Large scale infrastructure transition
Scheduled Maintenance Report for Spreedly
Completed
Our infrastructure migration is now complete and our team has verified that all systems are behaving as expected. If a merchant uses a gateway or receiver that allowlist IPs and did not update their configuration to accept connections from the new IPs, they may experience related errors. We see these errors from the following endpoints, impacting the merchants that did not update their settings: SagePay, ProPay, Qvalent, and Realex. As a reminder, Spreedly's IPs can be found here: https://docs.spreedly.com/reference/ip-addresses/

Scheduled
We will be making a large scale infrastructure transition on Wednesday, October 2, 2019.

All customers will be migrated to the new infrastructure, in phases, throughout the day. We expect no interruptions to transaction processing, but dashboards may have temporary issues.

If you use a gateway or receiver that whitelists IPs, you must update your configuration to accept connections from the new IPs which can be found in our documentation.
