From approximately 1:25-1:37 PM EST we experienced a brief incident with our decryption subsystem that caused a number of requests to return 500 errors after they were unable to decrypt sensitive data. The root cause was quickly identified and the issue is completely resolved. Transactions that received a 500 error during this time can safely be retried.
